Ingredients:
1️⃣ 500g mince
2️⃣ 1 onion, finely chopped
3️⃣ Handful of fresh parsley, chopped
4️⃣ 2 tsp mustard
5️⃣ 1 large egg
6️⃣ Salt and pepper
7️⃣ Oil
8️⃣ Challah rolls
9️⃣ Lettuce
🔟 Sliced pickled cucumbers
1️⃣1️⃣ Sliced tomatoes
1️⃣2️⃣ Matzah meal
Instructions:
1️⃣ In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, chopped onion, parsley, mustard, egg, salt, pepper, and a sprinkle of Matzah meal. Mix until well combined.
2️⃣ Shape the beef mixture into four burger patties of equal size.
3️⃣ Optional: For firmer burgers, refrigerate patties for about 30 minutes before cooking.
4️⃣ Drizzle a bit of oil over the burger patties to prevent sticking.
5️⃣ Place the patties in the air fryer basket and cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, or until they reach your desired level of doneness.
6️⃣ While the patties are cooking, lightly toast the Challah rolls in the air fryer or in a toaster oven until golden brown and crisp.
7️⃣ Once the patties are cooked, assemble your burgers by placing a lettuce leaf on the bottom half of each Challah roll, followed by a burger patty, sliced pickled cucumbers, and sliced tomatoes.
8️⃣ Top with the other half of the Challah roll and serve immediately.
