3-4 thin chicken fillets
1 pack of Bamba (crushed)
Flour
1 egg
Olive oil

Potatoes, cut into wedges

Instructions:
Crush the Bamba into fine crumbs.
Set up your breading station with three bowls: one with flour, one with beaten egg, and one with the crushed Bamba.
Season the chicken fillets with salt and pepper.
Dip each chicken fillet into the flour, then the beaten egg, and finally coat with the crushed Bamba, pressing gently to adhere the crumbs.
