Quick kosher chicken wrap!

Enjoy this wholesome and delicious wrap for a satisfying meal on-the-go or at home!

Instructions:

Marinate the chicken strips with soy sauce.

In a pan, add some oil and the chicken. Cook until golden brown.

Add sliced spring onion, garlic, and ginger to the pan.

Add the sliced courgette and bell pepper. Season with salt and pepper.

Mash the avocado and spread it onto the wraps.

Add the cooked chicken and vegetable mixture onto the wrap.

Sprinkle shredded lettuce over the chicken.

Roll up the wraps tightly.

Ingredients:
1/2 pound chicken breast, cut into strips
1 1/2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon oil (olive oil or vegetable oil)
1 spring onion, thinly sliced
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon minced ginger
1/2 medium courgette (zucchini), thinly sliced
1/2 bell pepper, thinly sliced
Salt and pepper to taste
2 large flour tortillas (wraps)
1 ripe avocado
1 cup shredded lettuce
